One Day Meditation Retreat

Shambhala Southtowns and Shambhala Buffalo Present
A full day of meditation and instruction

DATE: Saturday, October 21, 2017
Time: 9:00AM – 5:00PM
PLACE: Shambhala Meditation Group of Buffalo, 737 Delaware Ave, Buffalo NY
Teacher: Shastri Ellen Rook

Level I is a one day retreat that introduces meditation, and working with our thoughts and emotions in the context of everyday life.
This program is based on the idea that the practice of meditation can help people of all walks of life and followers of any spiritual tradition become more present in their own lives, and more compassionate and courageous with the world around them.
In addition to meditation, Level I focuses on connecting with clarity, peace and basic openness in ourselves and in the world — and being curious about what blocks that connection. The workshop includes meditation instruction, short practice sessions, talks and discussion. Everyone is welcome.

Registration now open.  Class size is limited so register soon.
