Begin Again and Again
Shambhala Meditation teacher, Pema Chodron reminds us…“To be fully alive, fully human, and completely awake is to be continually thrown out of the nest.”
Finding confidence to begin again and again is the key. Everything is somehow workable. Discover introductory tools, teachings, and support to begin or deepen a mindfulness meditation practice.
This exploration begins January 4th in a class designed to invite stability, strength, and clarity into daily life. Meditation in Everyday Life, an experiential class facilitated by authorized staff, Jenny Bruce and Steven Clookey, will continue on January 11, 18, 25, and February 1. The program features recorded talks by senior teachers, meditation instruction, exercises, and group discussion. Space is limited. Registration is recommended.
Meditation in Everyday Life is a component of an extensive path of training in authentic meditation practices and wisdom teachings called The Way of Shambhala. The program is open to people of all religious backgrounds or no religious background. It is recommended for new and experienced meditators, as well as those looking to enrich their personal spiritual path and social action.
