Good Moon Rising – Sadhana Practice at 7pm Monday July 10th

The Shambhala Sadhana is observed around the time of the full moon.

This group practice centers around spoken text read aloud together as a means of deepening our sense of enlightened society and feeling of basic goodness–awakening our connection to the natural world and one another.

Join us at 7:00pm Monday evening July 10th to experience the aliveness of full moon practice. 737 Delaware Avenue, Suite 116, Buffalo NY…someone will be at the door to let people in between 6:30 and 6:55.

Look up  to the night sky and notice the waxing moon in the coming days to appreciate the riches of the natural that the world offers us riches beyond the drama of daily news.

Sakyong Mipham asks…

“If we do not appreciate the sensitivity and subtlety of the human heart, how can we appreciate the sensitivity and subtlety of the natural world?”
