Monthly Sadhana

Location: Buffalo Shambhala
737 Delaware Ave Buffalo, NY
September 6th  7:00 – 8:30

These monthly gatherings are for people committed to the path of warriorship, and an opportunity for advanced students to come together to practice – and have fun sharing our basic goodness!

The Sakyong has requested that on or near the full moon we gather to practice together and share through conversation and celebration our experiences of personal and societal basic goodness.

I have composed a sadhana known as the Shambhala Sadhana that helps us, through the powerful practice of meditation, deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society. —Sakyong Mipham

All are welcome:

We will practice the Shambhala Sadhana together (a series of chants that is 1 hour long) – no previous experience required, words will be provided.

A donation to the groups is appreciated, but not required, we will enrich each other with our practice together!
